Join the InterAction Member Portal

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Member-exclusive InterAction Member Portal!

For instructions on how to sign up, visit us HERE.

About the Member Portal

The Member Portal was designed to facilitate easy access to our expertise and Member-exclusive benefits. We highly recommend joining the Member Portal to maximize your InterAction benefits, which include access to our new discussion groups, event registrations, and resource library.

The most notable change to the administration of Member benefits will be that the working group sign-up form has been moved exclusively to the Member Portal and will no longer be accessible to the public at InterAction.org. If you wish to join a new working group, you will be required to sign up for the Member Portal and submit your request on the Working Group Sign Up Page.

However, any current engagement you have with working groups will not be impacted by the launch of the Member Portal, and no further action is required to continue your participation.

Non-InterAction Members are not permitted to join the InterAction Member Portal, so please do not attempt to sign up unless you are a current InterAction Member. If you are not sure if you are an InterAction Member, please check with your organization first.

What the Member Portal Offers

The Member Portal will be used to manage access to member benefits and resources including:

New Working Group Sign Ups

  • Members will be able to select the working groups and listservs they would like to join. To access the sign up form, you will need to create an account on the Member Portal. For instructions on how to do so, please visit the FAQ section HERE.

Discussion Groups

  • We have created community forums for working group members to discuss timely topics and share resources. Members will have the ability to share links, documents, videos, polls and community events that the larger group may find helpful.
  • These groups are intended to serve as informal discussion forums and will not replace traditional email correspondence from the working group facilitator and Member co-chairs.

Events

  • Members will be able to view and register for InterAction’s Member-exclusive events on the Member Portal. Members are also welcome to submit their organization’s events to the “Community Calendar” for viewing by other users.

Resource and Professional Development Library

  • InterAction has collected a variety of helpful resources related to sector-relevant events, documents, reports, and platforms. We will continue to update these resources as needed.
